To Whom It May Concern,
On Father's Day, June 18, 1993, a tornado swept through the Charlotte, N.C., area and tore off a portion of the roof at our main Cummins Atlantic facility on Nations Ford Road. We found ourselves with an immediate need for a professional company that could not only provide temporary roofing repairs to prevent leakages, but could also provide advisory/consulting services for this immediate re-roofing project.
We contacted Commercial Roofing Concepts, Inc., that same day, and within two hours they had a roofing contractor on site to provide the needed repairs to protect the building from any leaks. We were so impressed with their level of service in such a sensitive situation that we maintained their services as consultants for our re-roofing projects. They immediately conducted an infrared evaluation, designed the specification, including drawing details, qualified and chose a contractor for the project, and began on the project monitoring and inspection. Basically, they took all of the worry out of this situation and handled our roofing problem from start to finish very successfully.
I am pleased to report that all of this was conducted with the highest level of professionalism in a timely manner and with a service level that was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Commercial Roofing Concepts, Inc., to anyone, and if anyone has any questions about their services, please feel free to contact me anytime.
Very truly yours,

S. R. English
