I have been employed by Carlson Companies, Incorporated since 1984 as a Chief Engineer in three Radisson Hotels and a Facility Director with Radisson's sister company. Colony Hotels & Resorts. He used an infrared camera, compiled a complete report on his analysis, and provided budgetary figures for repairs and roof replacement. When I was able to get the funding approved for the major repairs, I hired Mr. Baldridge to write detailed specifications to perform the work and hold a bidding meeting to choose the appropriate company. After choosing the company, CRC, Incorporated provided an inspector to verify that the roofing company would abide by the specifications set forth.
